2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team via phone or email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

3. Fares and Payments

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and taxi type selected.
  • Fixed fares may be offered for specific routes such as airport transfers.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and cab charge cards.
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, or special requests.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.
  • Passengers must not engage in any behaviour that is unsafe, offensive, or illegal.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in additional charges.
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times during the journey

6. Delays and Disruptions

Melbournes Taxi Cab will make every effort to arrive on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road incidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Lost Property

Melbournes Taxi Cab is not responsible for any items left in our vehicles. If you have lost property, please contact us immediately at 1300 084 013 and we will do our best to assist.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Melbournes Taxi Cab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
